Returns & Exchange
Please read carefully before ordering at Gemores
- All items sold www.gemores.com are non-refundable.
- Merchandise exchange with receipt is allowed one time within 7 days of purchase.
- No exchange on merchandise sold at special discount.
- We are not responsible for any damage to the product caused by the shipping company or courier handlers. If exchange of goods is needed, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours after receiving the items about the issues.
- You are responsible for the return shipping fee. Please make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning, or obtain proof of posting. The parcel will remain your responsibility until we receive it.
- Please return the items in their original condition: un-used, in their original packaging, complete with any related accessories and tags. There will be no exchange if the item has been used and worn.
- Each item can only be exchanged once.
- In case of disputes, Gemores reserves the final right of decision.
